Factory Show
Our facility is equipped with high-precision CNC tooling, mirror EDM and slow wire-cut stations to produce molds capturing fine sculpt detail and soft-touch geometry. We operate automated LSR injection presses and silicone compression lines for consistent cure and minimal flash, plus controlled SMT assembly for PCBs, LED placement, firmware flashing and battery integration. Decoration capabilities include pad printing, laser etch, silicone embossing/debossing and Pantone color matching. Final QC includes automated vision inspection, burn-in, drop and sealing tests, followed by customized retail or gift packaging and kitting.
